How does curbside pickup work?


When you are ready to check out, please visit your cart and leave us a note stating that you would like curbside service. Please include the type of car you drive and color. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Then, when you arrive at the store, please park in our parking lot upstairs and call us at 434-797-9300 to let us know you are here. Within a few minutes, a staff member will bring your items to you. Orders can be picked up from 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday. If an order is received after 7 pm, it will be ready for pickup the following morning by 10 am. We are closed every Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be available for pickup Monday morning by 10 am.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

How does in-store pickup work?


Once your order is processed, we will fill your order within an hour. You will receive a conformation email when your order is ready for pickup. Then, visit our retail store at 335 Mount Cross Road to pick up your order. Orders can be picked up from 9 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday. If an order is received after 7 pm, it will be ready for pickup the following morning by 10 am. We are closed every Sunday. Orders placed on Sunday will be available for pickup Monday morning by 10 am.
