Shipping Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING. Currently, we only offer Free In-Store Pickup or Free Curbside Pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not offer shipping on any of our pet products.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Leggett Pet purchase for any reason, please contact us or visit the store to request a return or replacement.

Customers must bring the item(s) directly to our retail location for a return or exchange. Once we receive the item(s) at our retail location, we can issue a return or exchange.

A manager will approve each return or exchange. Unless an item is defected, it must be as new with tags still attached to issue a refund or exchange. Unless there is a manufacturer issue with feed, feed bags must be unopened to issue a refund or exchange.
